EUDR Compliance
EUDR Compliance – be ready for new environmental obligations!
From the end of 2025, one of the most demanding environmental regulations of the European Union – EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) – comes into force.
If your company markets plant-based products – such as coffee, cocoa, soy, timber, palm oil, rubber, beef or derived products – you will be required to demonstrate that your supply chain does not contribute to deforestation or forest degradation.
At Green Reporting, we understand that this is a huge change – especially for companies working with producers from Asia, Africa or South America. That is why we have created an approach that combines technologies, process i expert support – to help you implement EUDR without chaos, unnecessary costs and the risk of sanctions.
With us, you will gain clarity, compliance and security – before obligations become a barrier to trade.
What is EUDR and who does it apply to?
EUDR Compliance – compliance with the EUDR regulation
EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) is a regulation adopted by the European Union that aims to reduce global deforestation and forest degradation caused by products placed on the EU market. From the end of 2024, any company importing or exporting regulated goods will have to carry out and document due diligence procedure.
EUDR includes:
– soy, palm oil, timber, rubber, cocoa, coffee, cattle
– and also derived products, e.g. leather, chocolate, furniture, paper
This applies to companies from the agricultural, food, clothing, construction, transport, chemical and furniture sectors.
Risk analysis
EUDR
– based on raw material data, geolocation data and supplier profile, we conduct a risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the European Commission.
Collection of geolocation data
— we communicate with manufacturers and suppliers, prepare inquiry templates, forms and help in obtaining GPS coordinates and evidence of no deforestation.
Generating and assembling DDS
— The system automatically generates ready-made declarations to be submitted in the system TRACKS. We also help with the registration itself and sending documents.
EUDR Consultation
— we will check whether EUDR applies to your company and indicate what actions should be taken. You will receive a checklist of obligations and a preliminary assessment of the situation.
EUDR Product Audit
— we analyze your product and supplier catalog and indicate which products fall within the scope of EUDR. We help determine the level of risk and prepare a list of actions.
Due diligence procedure
— we design processes, documentation and scope of responsibilities. We create models of operation compliant with EUDR and ready for use in audit or control.
EUDR Training
— we conduct practical training that explains how EUDR works, what you need to know and how to perform your duties in everyday work.
Access to the system – EUDR Compliance module
— Reporting Assistant offers a dedicated module that enables risk analysis and a full compliance evidence trail.

EUDR – Timeline
The EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) is the result of several years of legislative work by the European Commission. The implementation of new obligations is gradual, and key dates have a direct impact on when your company should start preparing.
The timeline below presents key moments in the development of the regulation – from the adoption of the policy framework, through the entry into force date, to future obligations for microenterprises.
Follow the deadlines and plan your EUDR implementation well in advance – Non-compliance may mean losing the opportunity to place products on the EU market.
W Green Reporting we track these dates for you and make sure that you are properly prepared to implement EUDR management standards in your company.
What is covered by the EUDR?
The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) covers a range of plant-based raw materials and products whose extraction or production may contribute to deforestation or forest degradation. From the end of 2024, companies will be required to report that these goods do not originate from land that was deforested after 31 December 2020 and that they were legally obtained in the country of production.
